It is surprisingly easy to maneuver with the jogging wheel. I also have a BOB Revolution stroller, and the POD with the jogging wheel is actually easier to turn than the Revolution with the wheel locked. We also bought the wind/rain cover, and I'm so glad we did. It keeps my kiddo a lot warmer than the BOB did, which allows me to run throughout the winter in Tennessee. One reason we chose the POD over other bike/stroller chassis options is because it is narrow enough to fit through a standard door. I really appreciate not having to open the garage door every time we go running (which is pretty much every day). I'm sure it would be snug for two kids to ride in, though. (We only have one kid so far.)The jogging wheel and bike attachment are really easy to switch out. The chassis also folds up easily. It's definitely a bit big and heavy for lifting in and out of the car, but I can fit it in the back of our Prius without taking the back wheels off.We plan on purchasing the stroller wheels, too, eventually. If you run and bike regularly and want to take your kid/s, I highly recommend the POD!

7 of 8 people found the following review helpful.I have three kids, ages 7, 5 and 2. The 7 and 5 year old are petite. My husband and I recently started a jogging program, and we needed a solution for bringing our kids for our assignments. We borrowed a single BOB and hoped we could have the big kids bike while we jogged, but that just wasn't working for us. We didn't want to buy something expensive that wouldn't get outgrown quickly, so we wanted it to be a bike trailer as well... for when get around to buying bikes. We purchased the double Croozer first, for two main reasons, it was bigger for our kids and it was cheaper... both were are true but I found that wasn't wanted. I expected a lot more for what I paid, but it took this seat to meet those expectations. I'll leave the rest of those details on the Croozer page. This was a big stretch financially, but it is such a nice stroller. Really hoping we can resell to gain some money back someday. So far, we've only bought the jogging kit.It fits in our van next to the BOB, which is great because we live on a busy road and need to drive to a local school to run. It's really easy to fold, which is big because we need to get it out of the car a lot. The seat and straps are well padded but it is bench seating and there is no suspension built into the chassis itself. We've seated our 7 year old an 2 year old in it several times, and although very snug, they do fine together. The 7 year old complains after about 30 minutes because her bottom hurts, though. We put in her the BOB now, because she's more comfortable for long runs. The 5 and 2 year do just fine. The 5 year old falls asleep a lot and it stinks that there's not a recline or good head support, which is why he was in the BOB at first.Pushing it isn't two bad. Mostly my husband does it, but I've used it for some runs it's really not much worse than the single, even with 70 lbs of kids. I'm 5' 3" and would prefer the lower setting of the handlebar for normal strolling, but for jogging I like it higher. At it's high setting it's the same height as the BOB. The jogging wheel feels sturdy, but it's not quite as 'fixed' as the BOB. It actually is lot easy to do corners at a slow pace than the BOB, but when you go to a higher speed, it gets hard to keep straight. We're slow runners, so I like it :) Hardcore or fast joggers might be better off with something else, but it works great for us (we only go about 2-4 miles at a casual pace). The size is really nice though for storing, maneuvering through doors and running. I would call it about a 1 1/2 seater, which because we're not avid runners, it does just fine as a double. They really tried to maximize the cabin to frame size though, which is awesome. The wheels don't really extend past the cabin area, which is well designed.Attaching the wheels is super easy, and I love that the brakes don't need to be set up everytime. The brakes work great for controlling the speed going downhill. The parking brake is fine, but setting it can be difficult. It pops up flush with the fabric when disengaged so not only is it hard to grab with my foot, but it make me drag my foot all over the fabric. I'm hoping it doesn't damage it with more use.The front mesh panel zipper can be reached by my toddler, who sticks his finger in and unzips it while we're running. A little annoying but a safety pin fixed that. I'll be making my own rain cover, as theirs have bad reviews. My biggest complaint... for this price, it should come with the stroller kit. I understand not everyone will do both biking or jogging, so kits for those is reasonable... but everyone could find a use swiveling wheels if they were included. I'd love to have it as an option, but it's just not worth the cost of another stroller for wheels that should be included already. It just seems like a professional thing to do.Overall, it's a good stroller and I hope to get many more years out of it, but there are enough complaints that I think it lands it in the 3 to 4 star range.

6 of 7 people found the following review helpful.I'm a bit of a stroller junkie - always looking for THE perfect stroller. Well, as we know, that likely doesn't exist . . . But WOW the Baby Jogger Pod comes really close!!! We have the jogging wheel and the stroller wheels. We do not have the trailer attachment.Pros:1) A jogger for 1 or 2 kids! This is the biggest thing that sold me. Sure, it's a little tight for 2 kids, but have you ever jogged with a side-by-side with only 1 child? It's way off balance. I love that I can take 2 of my kids or just one! LOVE it.2) To be a double jogger, it's incredibly narrow. We can push it through the doors in our house which is awesome.3) Easiest fold imaginable. Seriously, Baby Jogger has mastered the science of easy stroller folding and the Pod is no exception.4) Hand brake is awesome! When the stroller is loaded up (I've had 70lbs of kids in there) and you are heading downhill, the stroller can gain speed quickly. The hand brake is wonderful for keeping speed under control easily.5) Maneuvering is a breeze. Both with the jogging wheel and the stroller wheels. Even with 70 pounds of children inside.6) I call it "climate control" and on this stroller it's amazing. The entire cover can come off, revealing the bench seat and the solid frame for days when the weather is just perfect. On hot days where you need sun protection, the side and back open up with vents to let air flow through. And if you purchase the rain/wind cover and zip everything up, it stays quite warm inside. Living in a state where we have all 4 seasons really makes this a great year round stroller.7) Almost as important to me as the first point - my kids love, love, LOVE it. The interior is so roomy, they can play inside while strolling. Particularly with one child, stuffed animals can come along to ride on the bench, sippy cups can be held in the interior pockets, small toys and blankets fit great . . . And they can't possibly get dropped outside the stroller. Brilliant.8) Tall kids fit, no problem. My 43 inch son rides comfortably with room to spare.Cons (yes, there are a few):1) I don't love that you don't get any attachments for the price. By the time we got the jogging wheel and the strolling wheel, this became a much more expensive stroller.2) The bench seat is horrible for sleepy riders. It is an extremely upright seat. I think this is true of most trailer/pod style strollers, but I wish there was even the slightest recline.3) Storage space is minimal. The zipper pocket on the back is pretty small, even when expanded. No way would it hold anything close to a diaper bag. Not great if you are taking the stroller out for hours to somewhere like a park or zoo.4) Not suitable, even in strolling mode, for under 12 months of age. This is due to the very straight seat back and I knew this when I purchased it. Now that we have an infant again, it bums me out a little that there is no way to use this with him for a year.Seriously, I can not say enough wonderful things about this stroller. I knew about all the cons before I bought from doing a lot of research, so none bother me enough to knock my review down a star. In a world where strollers often disappoint relative to expectations, I can absolutely say this stroller has exceeded every expectation I had and is even better!
