It is a MUST function for the security of the car seat in the stroller. Otherwise, the car seat can flip out. We will be calling first thing in the morning.Really want to love this, everything looks great but it's in need of a a brand new "Car Seat Stabilizer Strap" (Diagram C) It does not properly align with the "Hook" (Diagram D).
